HOW TO BUY
1. Choose the “Shop” category from the drop-down menu. Alternatively click on “Search” to find a specific product.
2. Select the color of the product you wish to purchase and click on “Add to Cart”. Then proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your personal details, shipping address, and payment information to complete the order. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will prepare and ship your order. You will receive every update by e-mail.
SHIPPING METHODS
Once the order has been received, it will be processed within 1-2 working days.
House of Florence bags are shipped from our warehouse in Florence, Italy.
We offer free shipping for orders over 200 EUR only in Italy.
Shipping cost is determined by the destination country and will be shown at checkout before completing the payment.
A tracking code will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
Shipments in Italy are made using BRT.
International shipments are made using DHL.

Delivery times are:
ITALY: 1-2 working days
EUROPE: 2-4 working days
EXTRA EU: 3-6 working days
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The prices of products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties for orders extra EU.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns can be made within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

It will be the customer’s responsibility to return the goods in their unused original condition and in their original packaging.
House of Florence reserves the right to not accept any return or merchandise that does not meet the requirements. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything House of Florence reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer at his expense and the refund will not be issued.
Returns need to be shipped on the customer’s own expense. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
The full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and the return accepted. The refund will be credited to your payment method.
MAKE A CHANGE
It is not possible to make a change. You will need to follow the instructions to make a return, and then proceed with a new order.
