HOW TO BUY
  1. Choose the “Shop” category from the drop-down menu. Alternatively click on “Search” to find a specific product.
  2. Select the color of the product you wish to purchase and click on “Add to Cart”. Once you have chosen the items you want to purchase, proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter personal details, shipping address, and payment information to complete your order. Once your payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order with care and send it to your address. You will receive every update by email.
SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are currently dispatched from Florence (IT). The cost of shipping is determined by the destination of the order and will be shown at checkout before completing the payment.

Orders placed and confirmed from Monday to Friday will be processed in a maximum of 24 hours, while orders placed and confirmed after 4pm (GMT) on Friday until Sunday will be processed the next working day, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (GMT), with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Currently shipments in Italy are made using BRT Courier with express parcel tracking service while in the rest of Europe shipments are made using different Couriers. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the code to track their shipment . PAYMENT METHODS
Can be made via Visa, Mastercard and American Express or via Klarna.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, it can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods at his own expense.
  1. Proceed with shipping the item you intend to return to the address:

    N.b. It will be the customer’s responsibility to return the goods in good condition and in their original packaging. You can ship with the courier of your choice, but it is preferable to use a traceable shipping method or we will be unable to proceed with the refund in case of loss of the package.

  2. The full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the goods have arrived at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation e-mail; the refund will be credited to your payment method.
MAKE A CHANGE

It is not possible to make a change. You will need to follow the instructions to make a return, and then proceed with a new order.

All prices shown include relevant taxes except for any additional customs clearance duties for customers.
